1. General Information

By using this website, placing an order, or engaging with my offerings, you agree to the following terms. This helps create a respectful and transparent space for both of us.

This website is owned and operated by ALYSS. The content, artwork, music, and services provided here are the result of years of creative practice, energy, and care. All materials are protected by copyright and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission.

2. Custom Work & Commissions

Astroc0des, sound pieces, and other bespoke offerings are made-to-order. By purchasing a commission:

  • You acknowledge that each piece is hand-crafted and may take time to complete.

  • No two creations are the same, and artistic interpretation is part of the process.

  • Once work has begun, commissions are non-refundable.

  • You'll be updated during the process when applicable, and any timelines shared are approximate.

3. Digital Products & Downloads

  • Digital products (such as PDFs, sound files, artwork downloads) are for personal use only.

  • Upon purchase, you'll receive access to download the product. Please do not share or resell these files.

  • Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final.

4. Shipping & Prints

  • For physical print orders, please allow time for processing and delivery (especially for international orders).

  • Shipping delays are sometimes out of my control, but I’ll always do my best to help.

  • If your order arrives damaged, email me within 7 days of receiving it with photos, and I’ll help sort it out.

5. Payment & Security

  • Payments are securely processed via Wix Payments and PayPal.

  • I never store your payment details.

  • All prices are listed in [GBP/USD/etc] unless otherwise stated.

6. Respectful Conduct

This space is built on care, creativity, and mutual respect. I reserve the right to decline or refund orders if messages are abusive, inappropriate, or misaligned with the nature of the work.

7. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated occasionally to reflect changes in offerings, platforms, or legal requirements. Continued use of the site means you agree to any updated terms.
